Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
VistaCriativa is a trading name of Erica Frade Antunes, operating from Portugal. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), we are the controller of any personal data described here.

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers vistacriativa.com only. Our other sites and products publish their own policies, which apply when you use them: ai.vistacriativa.com, atelier.vistacriativa.com, kept.vistacriativa.com and seraburla.vistacriativa.com.
3. What we collect, and what we do not
This site has no forms, no accounts and no logins. There is no way to submit personal data through it. The only way to contact us from this site is an email link.
That leaves two things: aggregate usage statistics, described next, and whatever you choose to write in an email you send us.
4. Analytics
We use Umami, an open-source analytics tool that we run on our own servers. It is served from this domain, at /va/, rather than from an external network, so your visit is never handed to a third-party analytics company.
It sets no cookies and does not follow you across other websites.
To produce aggregate counts (page views, referring site, country, browser and device type) your IP address and browser user-agent are sent to that service. They are used to derive those aggregates. They are not used to build a profile of you, and they are never sold or shared.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how this site is used, Article 6(1)(f).
5. Fonts, and the one third party
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), operated by Google. Requesting a font sends your IP address and browser details to Google, which may process them outside the European Union. This is the only request this site makes to anyone other than us.
There is no advertising, no Meta Pixel, no Google Analytics and no third-party tracking on this site. That is enforced in code, not only by promise: our Content-Security-Policy blocks scripts and network connections to any other origin.
6. Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all. You will not see a cookie banner here, because there is nothing to ask you to consent to.
7. If you email us
When you write to info@vistacriativa.com we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever the message contains. We keep that correspondence to answer you and to keep a record of what was agreed.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, Article 6(1)(b), and our legitimate interest in keeping business records, Article 6(1)(f).
Our email is hosted on Google Workspace.
8. Where your data is held
The website and the analytics service run on servers in the European Union, rented from Contabo GmbH, a German provider. Email is held on Google Workspace.
9. How long we keep it
Aggregate statistics are kept for as long as they are useful for understanding the site, and they do not identify you.
Email correspondence is kept for as long as the matter is live, and afterwards where we need it as a business record or to meet a legal or accounting obligation. When neither applies, we delete it.
10. Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Write to info@vistacriativa.com and we will answer within one month.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
11. Google API Services
We run our own automated publishing tools that use Google and YouTube APIs, signed in with our own company accounts, to publish to channels that we own.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
These tools do not request, access or receive any data about visitors to this website.
12. Changes to this policy
If this changes we will update this page and the date at the top of it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
