Our Story
Erica and Eugénio Sousa's story began halfway across the world in the vibrant city of Macau. Eugénio, a seasoned executive in hotel and resort operations, and Erica, a skilled interior designer, had carved out successful careers in the hospitality industry, but their ambitions stretched beyond the confines of their current roles.

Driven by a shared passion for transforming spaces and delivering exceptional guest experiences, Erica and Eugénio decided to embark on a new adventure. In 2022, they set their sights to found VistaCriativa in Portugal, a country rich in history, culture, and natural beauty. VistaCriativa is a property service firm focused on remodeling and interior design, dedicated to transforming and elevating living spaces.

Managing Director
Eugénio Sousa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors. Founder of VistaCriativa, a family-owned interior design and property management company based in Portugal, Eugénio brings over a decade of expertise to his role. His background includes significant positions in hotel and resort operations, where he honed his skills in operational management and client relations.
At VistaCriativa, Eugénio applies his sharp operational acumen to oversee the firm’s project management, ensuring each initiative aligns with the company’s high standards for quality and client satisfaction. His leadership is instrumental in blending innovative design solutions with efficient execution, making VistaCriativa a respected name in Portugal’s bustling real estate and design landscape.

Erica Sousa
Chief Design Officer
With over a decade of experience in design and project coordination, Erica Sousa is a seasoned professional known for her expertise in interior decorating and styling. She has served as a Design Coordinator at Leighton Asia and, more recently, as a Project Designer at Wynn Design & Development. Erica's creative vision and attention to detail have earned her a reputation for delivering exceptional results. Currently working as a Freelance Interior Designer, Erica continues to leverage her skills to create inspiring spaces that captivate and delight clients.
Jerusa Antunes
Marketing Executive
Having worked in the dynamic world of communications and media for over a decade in Asia Pacific, combining creativity with strategic acumen, Jerusa Antunes is a creative all-rounder with skills in media production, branding, digital design and news broadcasting. She holds a Master degree in Communications and Media, and is fluent in Portuguese, English and Cantonese. She is a multilingual communicator who bridges cultures and connects audiences with compelling narratives across multiple platforms.
Nicholas Moore
Director of Property Management
Nicholas Moore has over 20 years experience in the horse racing industry throughout the Asia-Pacific region. His extensive expertise in equine sports science, leadership, operations management and client relations, coupled with a keen eye for detail, has led to his success in training healthy champion racehorses. Beyond racing, Nicholas is also an entrepreneur in the residential and commercial property management industry. He founded Clean For Good Ltd in Sydney where he introduced sustainability and high service standards to property and strata cleaning services. He has also been active in bloodstock services, sourcing top thoroughbred horses worldwide. Nicholas is fluent in English and French, and can speak basic Cantonese.
